How we work

Every patient enters at the same door — and leaves through one of four.

Step 01

Screen

Free vision check or primary-care consultation at a village outreach camp or AMRI out-patient.

Step 02

Treat or refer

On-site treatment for simple cases; transport to AMRI Hospital for complex surgical referrals.

Step 03

Operate

Cataract, paediatric or specialist eye surgery performed by our senior surgeons at AMRI.

Step 04

Follow up

Six-week post-op review delivered through the village midwife or doctor we trained.
