Our Mission

CRUD is committed to breaking the cycle of poverty and inequality by providing essential healthcare, education, and vocational training. We work to empower individuals with the skills and resources needed to improve their lives and uplift their communities.

Our Focus Areas

Healthcare for All

For over 27 years, CRUD has provided life-changing healthcare services to underserved communities. We have delivered primary healthcare to over 400,000 individuals, provided comprehensive eye care to 350,000 people, and performed 9,000 eye surgeries, including 5,600 cataract procedures. Moving forward, we are expanding our focus on women and child healthcare, ensuring safe maternal care, disease prevention, and early childhood development.

Empowering Through Education & Training

We believe that education and skills are powerful tools for poverty alleviation. CRUD has trained 1,150 individuals, including 550 village midwives, 400 village doctors, and 200 individuals in computer skills. To create sustainable livelihoods, we aim to expand vocational training programs, equipping youth and adults with technical and professional skills to secure stable employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.

We recognize that sustainable change comes from understanding the root causes of poverty and health disparities. CRUD is committed to conducting research-based initiatives, gathering data, and implementing evidence-based solutions to improve healthcare, education, and economic empowerment programs.

Transparent & Accountable Growth

CRUD began its journey in 1995 and was officially structured in 1998, later receiving recognition from the Ministry of Social Welfare and approval from the NGO Affairs Bureau in 2013 to receive foreign donations. With this support, we continue to expand our reach, ensuring transparency, accountability, and community-driven impact in everything we do.
